Let me introduce myself as a FOOD MATCHMAKER, just like a wedding matchmaker helps you to choose, ‘the Suitable’ life partner same way I help you to make the best relationship with your food. I am Dietitian Kushboo Arora Gupta guiding you to make SMART and HEALTHY food choices. I have done my Graduation from SNDT University Mumbai. Later I pursed my Masters in Public health from KLE University Belgaum. I am also a Paediatric Nutritionist and pursuing my further studies as a Child Birth Educator from CAPPA.

I started my career as a trainee in Wadia Hospital , Mumbai and later in Action Cancer Hospital Delhi. I have worked as a Health Educator in HRIDAY NGO under PHFI. I have also worked as a Health Coach in SUPPORT NGO guiding Drug addict children about importance of Health Lifestyle. I was an Senior Research Fellow in AIIMS . I was part of Healthify Me and Zenith app interms of reviewing their Calories and Nutrients in their Prescribed Recipes.

As a life member of Indian Dietetic Association, Indian Public Health Association, Freelancer and an active contributor to various publications, I work with the objective of Health for All. Therefore, it doesn’t matter who you are, where you live, or what you do I love to cater and guide you in the journey of health and nutrition. I plan diet cost effectively so that proper nutrition should be provided to all clients at a minimal cost. Being a Therapeutic Dietitian I check your blood reports , do a clinical case study and then customize your diet accordingly.
I also guide clients in their Pre Conception – Pregnancy – Postpartum phase. I help Couples during labor and delivery, newborn as well as breastfeeding.
